- 2 cups packed fresh spinach or kale
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Add the spinach or kale, banana, almond milk, pineapple, almond butter, honey (if using), and cinnamon (if using) to a high-powered blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
