Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish or a large oven-safe skillet.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and the crumbled blue cheese (if using) over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
